★ Occasionally, when it comes to my mind, I play the organ. I love some of Christian hymns and elementary school songs which have been familiar from childhood and this old organ is a perfect instrument to play these songs
★ Old foot stepping lead organ. Once upon a time, when I was a primary school pupil, it was placed in every classroom. And every teacher could play it. Although, it is supposed to be taught by the qualified teacher in charge of music, today.
★ The lead organ saves the wind in the harp while stepping and sends it to the keyboard and sound the whistles by opening the individual keys. In short, It is the same mechanism as the accordion
★ In a short term、the organ has evolved from the pump organ to the chord organ, the electronic organ and the Hammond organ, And now、the digital organs are popular. From the 1980 's, "pipeless" electric instruments have been available to produce similar sounds and perform similar roles to pipe organs and is becoming mainstream.
★ But I like this old stepping lead organ. Especially when I play hymns and elementary school songs, it will not echo in my mind without this sound.
